Koichi Abe - Chairman of Grant Boxing & Fitness
Meet Koichi Abe, the esteemed chairman of Grant Boxing & Fitness, located at Matsudo Station's west exit. He is the driving force behind this innovative training center that combines boxing and fitness.
Koichi Abe brings his extensive experience from the world of boxing, infusing a fresh approach into the realm of training. His passion and expertise are dedicated to providing health and fitness to the people of the Matsudo region.
His boxing instruction is based on a variety of experiences, including training in Thailand twice, teaching beginner boxing classes at Culture Center 16 classrooms, studying in the United States for about a year during high school, and fighting as a former A-class professional boxer while attending university and graduate school. This is a testament to the fact that he is where he is today because of the support of many people, and he always has the desire to become someone who supports many people in return. He always instructs with love.
Under his guidance, clients learn the techniques of boxing, unlock their full-body strength, and find stress relief while building a healthy lifestyle. Koichi Abe values supporting goal achievement in training and fostering a sense of community.
Grant Boxing & Fitness, under Koichi Abe's leadership, is steadily growing and offering a healthy and vibrant life to many. His passion and vision have transformed this facility into a special place within the local community.
